A hőszigetelt panelek beépítését követően, szinte azonnal át is adták az irodaépület alsó két emeletét, ahová be is költöztek az első bérlők. Az átadás délelőtt zajlott, és néhány panelen, a két üvegréteg között, párásodást vettek észre. A hibás darabokat, természetesen, cseréltük. Sokat törtük a fejünket, hogy mi lehetett a párásodás oka, végül azt fogadtuk el, hogy az üvegek lemosásakor víz maradhatott a furatokban, ami a napsütés-felmelegedés hatására elpárolgott és lecsapódott az üveg belső felületén. A két réteg közti alumínium profil fel van ugyan töltve páraelszívó gyöngyökkel, de ezzel a mennyiséggel már nem tudtak megbírkózni.

After building in the insulating panels, the lower two floors of the office building was handed over and the first lodgers moved in. Handing over happened in the morning, and controllers noticed some vapour between the two glass layers in case of some panels. Of course, we changed them. We were thinking about the reason, and finally, we accept that after washing the glasses some water remained in the holes. Because of sunlight and warming up, this water vapoured and precipitated on the inner side of the glasses. However, the aluminium profile between the two glass layers is filled with pearls which can absorb humidity, but they couldn't do with this amount.
